A design that i wanted to use for my work originally but then it was rejected. So i decided to post here since i was allow to keep it as a personal art project. It was a quick redesign sketch and ink from the original concept i earlier had, so there are some perspective flaws here and there. So pls ignore them if you can. XD

Note : it cannot carry all of the optional weapon in one go. Only a few at a time depending on the weight ratio.

History : After Char's first encounter with Earth Federation White Giant (Gundam RX - 79 - 2), he quickly realize that Zeon's standard issued mobile suits where no match against the new weapon. Upon returning from the encounter Char immediately set up a secret task force in hopes to either capture of destroy the White Gaint. The task force comprise of six Zeon elite ace pilots which all choosen for their certain skills. They where also given six experimental Zaku's to match the pilot's skill and where build under great secrecy in order to prevent information being leaked into Earth Federation forces.

Among the six, Zeon Ace - Joshua Loyde was choosen as the team captain and was issued the MS - 16 - J - Gavan Full Armaments Specs, which was constructed carefully with both Zaku II and the Zudah specs. The specific MS was made with more power in mind so it could carry larger weapons and equipments during a battle. In addition the Gavan also sport a heavier armour range than the standard Zeon Zaku's. Most of the Gavan's arsenal where Anti MS weapons which are perfect for quick takes downs in a mobile suit engagements. However the cost for a larger weapon payload made the Gavan the slowest unit among the six.

The six was later inserted into Earth via a stealth drop pod and where given the task to track down the Federation Gundam and the elusive White base (Pegasus) battlecruiser. However due to many obstacle and skirmishes with Federation standard troops caused them to slow down greatly onto their main objective. Which then later resulted both their target escaped into space. Unable to pursue their targets and operate in space conditions, they aided Zeon ground forces for period and then went missing during a classified mission handed down by Char himself. They six where then listed as MIA.


Note : Just a fun history cooked up by me and has no relation with the real Gundam One Year War story. I had thought of the rough history for the MS background so i just used it. XD
